If you've spent any time on creator platforms, you've probably learned to be skeptical of phrases like "guaranteed payouts" and "instant rewards." Usually they mean neither. So instead of making promises, here's exactly what happens between applying to CreBlix and money landing in your account — the real steps, including the ones that are still manual.
Step 1: Your application gets reviewed by a person, not just an algorithm
When you apply as a creator, you submit your platforms, follower counts, average reach, niche, and any past brand collaborations. We'll be upfront about something most platforms won't tell you: we don't have a live integration with Instagram or YouTube's APIs to auto-verify those numbers. Almost nobody actually does this well, despite what landing pages claim.
What we do instead is run your numbers through a plausibility check — for example, flagging applications where claimed reach looks inconsistent with claimed followers — and then a real person on our team reviews every application before approving or rejecting it. A flag doesn't mean rejection. It means a closer look. You'll get an email either way, and if you're rejected, you can update your details and reapply.
We think a human reviewing your application is more trustworthy than a black-box algorithm auto-approving everyone, even if it's slower.
Step 2: You submit to campaigns with a real, published prize pool
Every campaign brief states its prize pool upfront. Not "up to," not a range that quietly shrinks — the number in the brief is the number being paid out. Brands fund campaigns through CreBlix, and judging (by the brand, an appointed judge, or our internal team, depending on the campaign) happens against the criteria stated in that same brief.
Step 3: Winners are published, and payout starts
Here's the part we're most direct about: payouts on CreBlix are currently processed manually by our finance team, via bank transfer or UPI, and every payout is tied to a transaction reference recorded on your account. We're not running an automated payment gateway yet. That's a limitation, and we'd rather tell you that plainly than have you find out after winning a campaign.
What manual does get you: a real person confirming the transfer actually went out, and a transaction ID you can point to if something looks off — not a support ticket into a void.
What we're still building
We're not going to pretend the current process is the finished product. Two things we're actively working toward:
- Automated payment gateway integration, so payouts move faster without losing the transaction-reference accountability.
- Deeper verification tooling for creator applications, so the human review step is backed by better data, not replaced by it.
The short version
- Applications are reviewed by people, with automated flags as a prioritization tool, not a gatekeeper.
- Prize pools are published upfront and don't move.
- Payouts are manual today, tracked by transaction reference, not automated (yet).
- We'd rather tell you what's actually true than what sounds better.
If that's the kind of platform you want to build a creator career on, we'd like to have you.
