These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of CreBlix (the "Platform"), operated by CreBlix ("CreBlix", "we", "us", "our"), available at creblix.com and its creator, brand, sponsor, judge, and administrative portals. By creating an account or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
By registering for an account, submitting a creator application, launching or funding a campaign, or otherwise accessing the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company (as a brand or sponsor account), you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not create an account or use the Platform.
You must be at least [18] years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. Account registration requires a valid email address, and email verification via a one-time password (OTP) before the account is activated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
Information you provide at registration and in your profile (name, email, city, university, social handles, follower counts, category/niche) must be accurate and kept up to date. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for suspension or termination under Section 12.
The Platform supports multiple account types, each with different capabilities and obligations under these Terms:
We may introduce, modify, or retire account types and their associated permissions at our discretion, with notice where the change materially affects your existing rights.
To access campaigns, creator accounts must submit an application (platforms followed, handles/URLs, follower and average-reach figures, content niche, and past brand collaborations) for review by CreBlix's internal team.
Self-reported data. All figures in a creator application (follower counts, average reach, past collaboration outcomes) are self-reported by the applicant. CreBlix does not independently verify these figures against the underlying social platforms' APIs. We run automated plausibility checks (for example, flagging reach figures that are implausible relative to reported follower counts) purely to prioritize applications for closer human review — a flag is not a determination of fraud, and the absence of a flag is not a verification or guarantee of accuracy.
You represent and warrant that all information in your application is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge. Submitting knowingly false metrics or collaboration history is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for rejection, blacklisting, or removal of already-published work under Section 12.
Approval, rejection, or a request for more information is at CreBlix's sole discretion. Rejected applicants may reapply with updated information. Approval does not guarantee selection for, or earnings from, any specific campaign.
Brands (or CreBlix on a brand's behalf) publish campaigns with a defined brief, timeline, and prize pool. Approved creators may submit original content in response to a live campaign's brief.
By submitting an entry, you represent that: (a) the content is your own original work or you hold all rights necessary to submit and license it as described in Section 7; (b) it does not infringe any third party's intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights; and (c) it complies with the specific campaign brief and Section 11 (Acceptable Use).
CreBlix and/or the campaign-owning brand may reject a submission that does not meet the brief, violates these Terms, or is submitted after the campaign deadline, at their discretion.
Each campaign is judged according to the criteria stated in its brief, by the brand, an appointed judge, or CreBlix's internal team. Judging decisions and winner selections are final once published, except in cases of demonstrated fraud, plagiarism, or a material Terms violation discovered after publishing, in which case CreBlix may revoke a win and reallocate the associated prize at its discretion.
Disputes about a judging decision should be raised with CreBlix support within [7] days of results being published. We are not obligated to re-judge a campaign but will review credible disputes in good faith.
You retain ownership of the content you create and submit. By submitting an entry to a campaign, you grant CreBlix and the campaign-owning brand a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, display, reproduce, and promote that submission on the Platform, in campaign results, in case studies, and in CreBlix's own marketing, for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes.
[Define per-campaign: whether a winning submission additionally grants the brand broader usage rights — e.g. paid media, whitelisting/spark ads, exclusivity windows — and whether that additional license requires separate compensation beyond the prize. This should be specified in each campaign brief and referenced here.]
CreBlix retains ownership of the Platform itself, including its software, design, trademarks ("CreBlix" and associated logos), and any aggregate or de-identified data derived from Platform usage.
Prize pools are stated per campaign at launch. Payouts to winning creators are currently processed manually by CreBlix's finance team via bank transfer or UPI, referenced against a transaction ID recorded in your account; CreBlix does not currently operate an automated payment gateway for payouts. [Update this section once automated payouts are introduced, including processing timelines and any transaction fees.]
You are solely responsible for any taxes owed on prizes or payouts you receive. Where required by law, CreBlix may request tax identification information before releasing a payout, or withhold and remit tax at source.
CreBlix may offer a referral program under which a creator receives credit for referring another creator who successfully onboards. Referral terms, if active, are published separately and incorporated into these Terms by reference. CreBlix may suspend or claw back referral credit obtained through fraudulent or abusive referrals.
Wallet balances shown in your account are informational records of amounts owed or paid and do not constitute a stored-value or e-money account regulated as such, unless and until CreBlix explicitly states otherwise.
Brands and sponsors are responsible for: funding the prize pool and any campaign fees stated at launch; providing an accurate, lawful campaign brief; and reviewing submissions and publishing results within the timeline committed to creators.
[Define: invoicing and payment terms for campaign fees, cancellation/refund policy if a campaign is cancelled after creators have submitted work, and any minimum spend or platform-fee percentage CreBlix retains.]
A brand or sponsor that cancels a live campaign after submissions have been received remains responsible for the prize pool committed to any creator whose entry met the brief, unless CreBlix determines the campaign is being cancelled for cause (e.g. brief was fraudulent or unlawful).
CreBlix's internal team uses a CRM to track prospective brand, sponsor, and creator leads through a sales pipeline, and a Document Center to store and version contracts, invoices, campaign briefs, brand assets, legal documents, reports, and media files related to your account or campaigns.
Documents you upload to the Document Center must be lawful, must not infringe any third party's rights, and are stored for the purposes of administering your account and campaigns. See our Privacy Policy for how this data is retained and secured.
You agree not to, on or through the Platform:
Violation of this section may result in content removal, submission disqualification, forfeiture of an unpaid prize, blacklisting, or account termination under Section 12.
CreBlix may suspend, blacklist, or terminate any account, at its discretion and with or without notice, for: violation of these Terms; fraudulent application or submission data; abuse of other users, judges, or CreBlix staff; or legal or regulatory requirement.
A blacklisted creator account remains visible in CreBlix's internal records (for fraud-prevention purposes) but loses access to new campaigns, submissions, and payouts. Blacklisting does not, by itself, forfeit a prize already earned and payable for a submission made prior to the blacklisting event, unless the blacklisting was itself the direct result of fraud connected to that submission.
You may close your own account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Closure does not affect obligations (such as tax reporting or already-committed payouts) that arose before closure.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
CreBlix does not guarantee that any campaign will result in a payout to any particular creator, that any brand's campaign brief or prize pool will remain unchanged, or that creator-reported metrics displayed on the Platform are accurate (see Section 4).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreBlix and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Platform.
[Define a liability cap — commonly the greater of a fixed amount or fees paid to CreBlix in the preceding 12 months — to be set with counsel based on your risk tolerance and the value of prize pools flowing through the Platform.]
You agree to indemnify and hold CreBlix harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: your breach of these Terms; content you submit; inaccurate information you provide in a creator application; or your violation of any law or third-party right.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or an in-Platform notice before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
[Define: governing law and jurisdiction — likely the laws of India given the Platform's primary user base, with a specific city for exclusive jurisdiction — and whether disputes are resolved by arbitration or the courts.]
Questions about these Terms can be sent to [email protected].
